Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation - Inpatient. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with their needs and physician direction.
  • Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients.
  • Design functional treatment programs that enable effective return to community activities.
  • Provide education to patients, families, students, coworkers, and self.
  • Perform other professional duties associated with patient care, development of discipline-specific therapy services, and program delivery.
Requirements
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment.
