Job DescriptionWe are seeking a responsible and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach to join our team in DuPage County. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading our soccer programs, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for our young players.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead soccer programs for children aged 2-8, promoting a fun and engaging experience.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all players.
- Communicate effectively with parents, daycare staff, and other stakeholders.
- Meet attendance and punctuality requirements, ensuring a smooth and efficient program delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching skills.
- Experience working with children, preferably in a sports or fitness setting.
- Ability to lead groups of 10 or more children, ensuring a safe and engaging experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Reliable transportation for traveling to different locations across DuPage County.
- Ability to pass a background check, be fingerprinted, and undergo a medical exam in accordance with DCFS standards.
- Comprehensive training program to receive certification as a Soccer Shots Coach.
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
