We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team at Soliant Education.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students, provide counseling and intervention services, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations for students to identify strengths and areas of need.
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement IEPs that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights on student progress and strategies.
  • Support school-wide mental health initiatives and provide training to staff as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district policies and state regulations.
Qualifications
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Valid California School Psychologist credential.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a school setting outside of practicum; however, strong candidates who are recent graduates will be considered.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
