Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time physical therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team at Saint Alphonsus Health System. As a physical therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing specific physical therapy treatment programs for individual patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Implement physical therapy interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Supervise support personnel to ensure effective treatment delivery
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the State of Oregon
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network
  • Previous experience in Acute Care or Rehabilitation preferred
