Job Description

The Team Member is a key member of our restaurant team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, communicating effectively and providing support as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with menu items, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
