Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the safety and welfare of participants in accordance with regulatory standards
- Provide strategic leadership at the research site to optimize efficiency and adherence to protocols
- Assess and qualify participants for inclusion in clinical studies
- Engage effectively with sponsors, clients, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with study protocols
- Contribute to staff development and ongoing educational initiatives
- Execute additional responsibilities as required
Required Qualifications:
MD or DO degree with an active medical license and a minimum of two years' experience in clinical research.
Essential Skills:
- Clinical competencies including phlebotomy, ECG interpretation, and intravenous procedures
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and electronic health record systems
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
