Histopathology Technician

CloudHire seeks a skilled and detail-oriented Histopathology Technician to join their team. As a Histopathology Technician, you will play a critical role in the preparation and examination of human tissue specimens for diagnostic purposes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Grossly examining and dissecting human tissues, including organs, biopsies, and other specimens.
• Preparing high-quality microscopic slides for pathologists to examine.
• Participating in clinical conferences and contributing to the development of diagnoses.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and paid time off.

• A graduate degree from a NAACLS-accredited Pathologists' Assistant program is required.
• ASCP certification or active pursuit of certification is also necessary.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
