WeCare Centers is a community in Monroeville, PA seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist with WeCare Centers, you will help residents improve their mobility and independence.

About the Role

This is a PRN position that offers competitive pay and benefits. Our ideal candidate has a valid State qualifying license or certification and experience in skilled nursing environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to relieve pain, restore function, and promote healing for our residents.
  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with established plans of care.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities.
  • Monitor patient response to treatment interventions and adjust plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
Requirements
  • Valid State qualifying license or certification.
  • Experience in skilled nursing environments preferred.
  • New graduates welcome.
  • Excellent communication and instructional skills.
  • Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities.
