Job Summary:

Spring Hills Lake Mary is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide assistance to residents in the Assisted Living Program with their activities of daily living, enabling them to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, eating, toileting, escorting, and other activities of daily living.
  • Follow residents' service plans in providing care.
  • Provide emotional and social support to residents.
  • Adhere to departments documentation standards.
  • Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
  • Know, understand, and adhere to resident rights.
  • Familiar with emergency equipment and procedures.
  • Abide by all health and safety regulations and community standards.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • May require a CNA or CHHA licensure.

Work Environment:

The Caregiver will work in a fast-paced environment, providing care to residents in the Assisted Living Program. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing exceptional care and service to our residents.
