Key Responsibilities- Credit Investigations and Approval: Conduct thorough credit investigations for new and existing customers, and make informed decisions on credit approval.
- Account Maintenance and Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, including credit limits, payment history, and outstanding balances.
- Collections and Recovery: Develop and implement effective collections strategies to recover outstanding debts from customers, while maintaining a positive and professional relationship.
- Payment Reconciliation and Processing: Reconcile and process customer payments, ensuring accurate and timely posting to our accounting system.
