About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Holy Family Hospital in Des Plaines, Illinois.

This is a full-time night shift position with a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, based on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.

  • Implement and monitor patient care plans
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
