Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at PAM Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and management in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and management in an age-appropriate manner, consistent with the principles and practices of the Physical Therapy Practice Act.
  • Deliver care in a patient-centered approach, working closely with an integrated team to address patient needs.
  • Perform functional-based interventions, including ADL suites and outdoor mobility tracks.
  • Participate in continuing education and tuition assistance reimbursement options for FT & PRN employees.
  • Work in different levels of care, such as Inpatient Rehab, LTACH, and Outpatient, in the same facility.
  • Utilize advanced technology and robotics to enhance patient care.
Qualifications
  • PT license in the state where the hospital resides.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • One year of clinical experience preferred.
