Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, research, and evidence-based guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the District of Columbia.
  • At least one year of experience in a pediatric ICU or critical care setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • PALS certification.
