Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier/Gate Keeper to join our team at Pirate's Cove Water Park in Englewood, CO. As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a point of sales cash register, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell admission tickets to customers and handle cash and credit card payments
  • Run a point of sales cash register and count money at the end of each day
  • Answer general information from guests in person or by phone
  • Greet guests as they enter the facility and stamp hands of guests who exit the park
  • Direct parties and groups to group sales and check bags for restricted items
  • Maintain a clean work area and thank guests for visiting the facility

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and a willingness to perform general guest relations duties
  • Good grasp of basic math and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Positive attitude, innovative and creative, flexible and versatile, and strong human relations and communication skills
