Child Psychiatrist

TAG MedStaffing is recruiting a skilled Child Psychiatrist to join our team in Mercer County, PA. This part-time position involves conducting psychiatric evaluations, prescribing medication, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients.

• Conduct initial evaluations on pediatric patients and periodic re-evaluations, tailoring services to children and adolescents based on comfort level and experience.
• Provide emergency evaluations as needed.
• Prescribe medications and conduct follow-ups at least every three months.
• Participate in family education services when necessary.
• Complete timely documentation meeting standards of licensing bodies and managed care/insurance companies.
• Review and sign lab reports, psychiatric assessments, and health screening questionnaires, recommending follow-up as needed.

• Board eligible, current PA license required.
• MUST be a Child Psychiatrist with relevant experience.
