Senior Critical Care Nurse Specialist

**Responsibilities**We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can deliver high-quality patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will develop and implement individualized care plans, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
**Requirements**To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) with current enrollment in an accredited BSN program within one year of employment. A minimum of 1 year of prior clinical nursing experience is preferred, and licensure as a Registered Nurse in Washington, D.C. with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
