We are seeking highly motivated and passionate professionals to join our team as Kinesiology/Physical Education graduates for assisted stretching. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and leading guided group stretching classes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients.
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions to ensure a positive and engaging experience.
- Build and retain client relationships to drive membership growth and retention.
- Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to StretchLab policies and safety rules.
- Attend staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
- Handle client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist sales associates and management with studio tours and sales as needed.
- Maintain a strong online presence to promote client membership and retention.
- Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at all times.
- Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
- Preferred background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, or dance instruction.
- Fitness certification required.
- Experience working in a fitness/health environment providing hands-on training to clients.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment that welcomes all clients.
- Fantastic communication skills and empathy.
- Must be able to connect with clients and help them achieve their goals.
- Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
- Availability to complete our Flexologist Training Program, including 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training.
