About the Role:

SSM Health Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a specialized outpatient rehabilitation program. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients who have experienced a traumatic injury or illness, helping them to regain skills and maximize independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement high-quality occupational therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities, adhering to the principles and practices of occupational therapy and outpatient policies and procedures.
  • Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
  • Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients, enhancing and expanding client relations with facilities and their staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
  • Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
  • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
