Traveling Intensive Care Unit Nurse

GLC On-The-Go is seeking a skilled and dedicated travel nurse to join our team as an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse. Job Summary:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in ICU care.
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing plans to address these needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition, communicating with the healthcare team as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address any concerns or issues that arise.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in ICU nursing, with a strong focus on critical care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
