Key Responsibilities- Develop and Deliver Personalized Plans of Care
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population with both orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses. This will involve creating a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses the unique needs and goals of each patient.
Provide Exceptional Quality of CareWe are looking for a Physical Therapist/PTA who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality of care to each of their patients. This will involve staying up-to-date on the latest treatment techniques and best practices, as well as maintaining a patient-centered approach to care.
Measure Patient OutcomesOur Physical Therapist/PTA will be responsible for objectively measuring patient outcomes using cutting-edge software. This will involve tracking patient progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Document Evaluations and TreatmentsThe successful candidate will also be responsible for efficiently documenting evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes. This will involve maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care to ensure continuity of care and to meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements- Diploma from a CAPTE-Approved Physical Therapy Program
We require a diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program for this role.
Physical Therapy State License (or in Process)A Physical Therapy state license (or in process) is also required for this position.
