MEP Superintendent

As a key member of the Turner Construction team, the MEP Superintendent will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical systems on our projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating the work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor to ensure timely and quality completion of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ensuring safety, schedule delivery, and quality of work performed, while adhering to budget and project requirements.
• Supervising and developing Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and interns, providing input on performance appraisals and ensuring strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements.
• Managing the overall site safety program, ensuring subcontractor compliance with Turner standards and applicable safety codes and regulations.
• Communicating with owners and architects/engineers to resolve field issues and ensure project deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
