Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic groups aimed at enhancing recovery
  • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions focused on recovery

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in counseling, with a focus on obtaining licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in treating adolescents with substance use and/or mental health issues
  • Experience in implementing therapeutic interventions for adolescent behavioral health conditions
Essential Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of psychotherapy, substance use treatment, and trauma-informed care
  • Capability to implement somatic-based therapeutic techniques
  • Skilled in diagnosing using DSM V and ASAM criteria
  • Familiarity with OBH regulations and managed care protocols
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
