We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with our team of behavioral healthcare professionals and guide our clients in their recovery journey. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we invite you to apply for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough history and physicals, review lab results, and monitor blood levels.
- Provide support and resources to the adult residential program and detox as needed.
- Coordinate with primary care physicians and psychiatrists when necessary.
- Work with nursing staff to ensure cost-effective medications and complete prior authorization requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Nurse Practitioner Certification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Addiction Medicine and/or family practice medicine.
