We are looking for a qualified Heavy Equipment Repair Specialist to join our team at EquipmentShare in San Diego, CA.
The ideal candidate will have superior customer service skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and possess excellent communication skills.
This role includes assisting with the training of lower-level technicians, maintaining paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed, and assisting with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts.
The salary for this position is estimated to be $57,500 - $67,000 per year, based on experience.
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees, as well as generous paid time off (PTO) plus company-paid holidays.
A competitive 401(k) plan and company match are also available.
Additionally, annual tool and boot reimbursements are provided for those in applicable jobs.

Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools is a key responsibility of this role.
