We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Custodian to join our team at Holiday Inn Club Vacations. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our common areas, including restrooms, pool areas, and guest amenities.

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and floors
• Maintain the cleanliness of pool areas, including straightening pool chairs and cleaning surrounding surfaces
• Conduct regular trash removal and recycling
• Clean and maintain the exterior and interior glass of guest amenities, such as windows and mirrors
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of our facilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be physically able to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
