Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for addressing these needs.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans, ensuring that patients receive evidence-based care that meets their unique needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in psychiatric care.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- One year of medical/psychiatric experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills required for electronic medical records and other systems.
