Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for addressing these needs.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans, ensuring that patients receive evidence-based care that meets their unique needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in psychiatric care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • One year of medical/psychiatric experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required for electronic medical records and other systems.
