Position Overview
The selected candidate will deliver direct patient care as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, adhering to established protocols, policies, and recognized standards of practice. This role operates within the authorized scope and credentials as determined by the Beebe Medical Center credentialing committee. The individual will follow established nursing standards and provide specific patient care guidance to nursing and support staff.

Qualifications
- Active Delaware APN or PA license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to perform CPR.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in Pediatrics, GYN, and Family Medicine. Previous experience as a Physician Assistant in Emergency Room, Wellness Center, or Internal Medicine/Family Practice is required. Experience in family practice, women's health (GYN only), and pediatrics is preferred.
Essential Competencies and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding patients and team members.
- Capable of managing crisis situations effectively.
- Strong customer service skills for patients, team members, and visitors.
Additional Information
- Current Delaware APN or PA license required.
- Current CPR certification is mandatory.
- Ability to perform CPR is essential.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience, with a preference for Pediatrics, GYN, and Family Medicine. Previous experience in Emergency Room, Wellness Center, or Internal Medicine/Family Practice is essential. Experience in family practice, women's health (GYN only), and pediatrics is preferred.
Starting salaries at
USD $46.44/Hr.
