Job Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and support to senior clients, including assistance with daily living activities, household chores, and companionship.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Document client progress, concerns, and care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a caregiver or in a related field.
- Ability to communicate effectively with seniors and their families.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care.
- Valid driver's license or state ID, proof of work eligibility in the U.S., and ability to pass a background check and TB test.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, twist, push, and pull as needed.
