Job Title: Homecare Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Homecare Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Homecare Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a home setting, working closely with our patients and their families to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, including referrals to specialists and other healthcare services.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
