Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through the purchasing journey (welcoming, product selection, transaction process, and handover) ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
Promote the thrill and joy of owning a recreational vehicle, electric bicycle, or other offerings to our clientele using proactive sales strategies that highlight the benefits of our products compared to competitors
Facilitate introductions to various departments to enhance cross-selling opportunities for Accessories, Financing Options, Insurance Services, Extended Warranties, and Maintenance Plans
Engage with all potential and existing customers
Maintain an inviting showroom and product displays that attract customers
Input client data into our Customer Relationship Management system, documenting all interactions
Stay informed about our brand, product offerings, company updates, and events, becoming a valuable resource for our clientele
Perform additional related tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
Familiarity with various brands and products in the recreational vehicle sector
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
Positive and proactive mindset
Collaborative spirit - works effectively with team members and offers assistance when needed
