Seasonal Banquet Server

Zachry Group is seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at our King Ranch lease near Kingsville, TX.

• Setup and Breakdown: Responsible for setting up and breaking down all items related to daily banquet food services, including buffets, drink stations, and equipment.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, both internal and external, and communicate guest concerns or complaints with management.
• Teamwork: Work efficiently in a team environment, prioritizing safe work practices and adhering to company core values.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adapt to changing situations, taking direction from management and fulfilling delegated tasks in a timely manner.

• Experience: Must have experience in banquet setup and knowledge of methods and procedures.
• Communication: Ability to understand and apply oral and written instructions given by management, in English.
• Physical Demands: Employee will be required to serve food and drinks, balance food trays, and lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lbs safely.

Will work in a general ranch kitchen environment, capable of operating and functioning in a fast-paced work environment.
