Brookfield Conference Center - Banquet Line Cook

We are seeking an experienced Banquet Line Cook to join our team at the Brookfield Conference Center. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and portion standards
  • Set up equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes
  • Maintain excellent communication with colleagues and management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of banquet cooking experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Estimated Salary: $18-$20 per hour
