Job Summary:

This is a full-time opportunity for a Certified Nursing Assistant to work in a geriatric setting. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and support to residents in a geriatric setting
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • 12 months of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the last 18 months
  • Current NY license as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • BLS certification preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
