Your Responsibilities:

As a Custodian, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities.

Your tasks will include the manual labor associated with daily cleaning operations.

Specific duties may involve:
- Dust mopping, sweeping, damp mopping, vacuuming
- Cleaning restrooms and removing trash
- Polishing furniture and fixtures

Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a positive demeanor while performing repetitive tasks.

- Capability to execute manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength, which may involve using buffers, wax strippers, and other necessary cleaning equipment.

- Competence in following both oral and written instructions.

- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with supervisors and colleagues.

- Compliance with any applicable health mandates as required by the contract site.
