Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef who is passionate about culinary arts and mentorship. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in upscale casual dining or fine dining environments and be able to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to work on time and in proper uniform, always punching in and out as required.
  • Promote teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment.
  • Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant at all times.

Requirements:

  • 2-4+ years of Sous Chef experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment.
  • Strong broiler skills are required.
