Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Investment Teams, Transaction Managers, Tax, Legal, Capital Markets Team, and external advisors to provide finance expertise during investment, divestment, restructuring, and loan financing activities.
  • Manage financial due diligence and review findings/purchase price adjustments during investment, divestment, and restructuring.
  • Establish financial operations and controls for wholly owned investments.
  • Evaluate financial controls and onboard non-wholly owned investee companies/assets.
  • Provide financial and operational inputs on holding structures, funding, and cash repatriation mechanisms, as well as accounting/valuations considerations.
  • Partner with operation teams to fulfill all operational requirements, including liaising with banks on funding requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accountancy, or equivalent.
  • Certified Public Accountant preferred, ideally big 4 trained.
  • 5-8 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3-5 years in a public accounting firm doing audit or transaction advisory, ideally within asset management.
  • Good understanding of deal closing mechanisms.
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • A driven self-starter with strong initiative; hands-on and comfortable to manage multiple tasks, confident to engage different stakeholders, and able to work independently to deliver outcomes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. Bonuses may form a meaningful proportion of the total pay package, determined based on company and individual performance.
