We are seeking a fixed-wing pilot for our King Air aircraft to deliver medical air transportation services to our clients. The selected candidate will be qualified to operate our King Air planes. Scheduled shifts will follow a 2 weeks on/3 weeks off rotation, servicing both day and night flights. Safety is a cornerstone of our operations, and all pilots are part of a dedicated, professional team committed to maintaining high safety standards for both crew and clients.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land (C-AMEL) certification required. Must be willing and able to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment.
  • Valid and unexpired driver's license.
  • Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate.
  • 2,500 total flight hours.
  • 2,000 Fixed Wing hours.
  • 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours.
  • 500 Cross Country hours.
  • 500 multi-engine hours.
  • 100 night hours.
  • 75 instrument hours (50 actual).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of medical professionals to safely transport clients to and from various locations and facilities.
  • Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as per the relevant manuals, including adherence to all FAR and company requirements, along with aircraft cleanliness duties.
  • Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and records for shifts, load manifests, etc.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with both air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
  • Provide shift change information to the transitioning pilot and team, and follow protocols for recording company change board details.
  • Pilots are responsible for maintaining required certifications and ongoing ground and air training.

Working Conditions:

  • Required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
  • May need to deice the aircraft, assist with towing, and maneuvering in and out of the hangar, as well as preparing the aircraft for flight.

Physical Demands:

  • Required to stand, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • May assist with loading patients, with a lifting requirement of 70 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
