About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Lead Cleaner to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain buildings and facilities to the highest standards
  • Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair issues to management
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and quality standards
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory role, preferably in cleaning or facilities maintenance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
