Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Examiner to join our team at Heritage Property & Casualty Company. As a Claims Examiner, you will play a critical role in determining insurance coverage by examining claims forms, policies, and other relevant records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations by coordinating field audits and performing in-depth interviews with claimants, adjusters, and other stakeholders.
  • Review and analyze claims data to identify patterns and trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Claims Managers, Customer Service, and Business Services, to ensure seamless claim handling and resolution.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in claims management guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
