Job Summary

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen staff. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen, ensuring that our food is prepared and served safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine and compartment sink to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored in their designated areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Tumbleweed's high standards for cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Perform side work as required, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and restocking supplies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a friendly and outgoing disposition.
  • Ability to analyze and solve simple, reoccurring problems, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Alert and caring attitude toward job responsibilities, with a strong sense of personal pride and accountability.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a high value on helpfulness and teamwork.
  • Reliable transportation required.
Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include:

  • Standing for up to 10 hours per day.
  • Lifting and/or moving up to 60 pounds.
  • Ability to see at close range.
