Job Summary

The Module Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Module Maintenance Department, ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance activities and employees. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities, including downtime, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Fail (MTBF), and 3R5S.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and quality, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and Mobis standards for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and procedures.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and procedures, including pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Working Conditions

The Module Maintenance Supervisor will work in a fast-paced production environment, with regular exposure to machinery and equipment. The role requires the ability to work at least one day each weekend and may involve working in a variety of settings, including the office and production floor.
