Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Outreach Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment (MOE) team, you will be responsible for developing and building relationships with community leaders and partners to generate qualified leads, leading to potential enrollments in our PACE program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in the communities where seniors live
  • Consistently meet monthly enrollment metric goals
  • Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations to generate qualified leads, leading to potential enrollments
  • Establish and maintain best-in-class relationships with community leaders and partners, including senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, churches, and other community-based organizations
  • Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve monthly enrollment goals with the MOE Director
  • Provide education regarding the company's services to referral sources in the community
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or healthcare administration preferred
  • Company training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a sales and marketing role with at least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting
  • Technology experience, including Salesforce and Athena
