About the Role:

  • You will oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas, ensuring that they meet their performance goals and comply with company quality standards and procedures.
  • You will monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross-training and annual re-certification training.
  • You will review Quality Control Records and consult and refer to management team for escalated donor/employee concerns.
  • You will counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • You will manage the production area, motivate employees to meet their performance goals, and ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.

What You Bring:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) certification.
  • Frequent bending and reaching, ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds, and occasional lifting to 50 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
  • Prolonged glove wear may be required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
