Mail Management Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a box truck to transport mail and packages to various locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a box truck to transport mail and packages to various locations
  • Inspect the truck before, during, and after each run for any problems and notify the local operations manager of any issues
  • Complete daily tasks within the guidelines of company procedures and policies, as well as federal and state regulations of operating motor vehicles
  • Report any delays that will interfere with on-time arrival at postal facilities
  • Load, unload, sort, and handle cargo to and from trailers by hand or by use of mechanical equipment such as carts or a pallet jack

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of verifiable box truck driving experience within the last 5 years
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Pass a company-administered driving test
  • Ability to pass a federal background check
  • No felonies or DUIs/DWIs within the last five years
  • Must be able to perform frequent lifting and pushing/pulling wheeled carts
  • Must pass a DOT Physical and pre-employment drug test (company-paid)
