The Role

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Software Developer to join our development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality code for our client-facing web applications. Your expertise will enable us to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in projects as a senior developer and develop solutions across multiple projects and teams.
  • Be part of full lifecycle projects from requirements gathering through design, testing, implementation, and support.
  • Develop cloud-hosted web frontends and APIs.
  • Work well within a team of talented developers.
  • Serve as a source for questions and issue resolution.
  • Work with client management and provide written and oral status updates; be part of meetings in both a project and escalated incident setting.
  • Collaborating with non-technical leadership on a semi-regular basis.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with all associates and business contacts and promote a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with colleagues throughout the organization to ensure that work is processed in a timely manner.
  • Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 3+ years of technical experience.
  • A full understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • A full understanding of relational databases.
  • Experience with the following languages, frameworks, and tooling: Angular/Typescript, .NET/C#, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, node.js, MS Visual Studio.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and databases is an advantage.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tool is encouraged.
  • An understanding of web application standards and usage patterns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and able to prioritize several tasks.
  • A self-motivated individual who works well independently and with others.
  • A dedicated self-learner with a high aptitude to acquire and learn innovative technology skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

This role is remote, but occasional in-person team meetings may be required. We maintain a home office and require proximity to an airport for work-related travel.
