Speech Therapist (SLP) RoleKey Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and assess speech, language, communication, and/or swallowing disorders utilizing established best practices.
  2. Design personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and objectives.
  3. Deliver comprehensive training and education to patients and their families on effective communication techniques and strategies.
  4. Foster collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care coordination and superior patient results.
  5. Support patients in developing improved reading and writing skills, leading to enhanced literacy and cognitive abilities.
  6. Assist patients in enhancing their pronunciation and communication skills.
Essential Qualifications
  1. A current Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in good standing.
  2. Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is desired but not mandatory.

Estimated Annual Salary: $85,000 - $125,000
