Multisystemic Therapist

Family Therapist Job Title:

As a Multisystemic Therapist at Savio, you will work closely with families and caregivers to strengthen relationships and prevent delinquent behaviors in youth. This scientifically proven treatment model targets youth 12-17 who exhibit challenging behaviors such as running away, substance use, defiance, aggression, and truancy.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home therapy sessions with families and youth
Work with parents and caregivers to leverage change and empower families to create lasting change
Identify and overcome barriers to treatment
Maintain a small, intensive caseload of 4-6 families
Meet weekly for group supervision and expert consultation

Requirements:
Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field
DORA registration to provide therapy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
