Key Responsibilities:
The Electronics Maintenance Specialist will be tasked with diagnosing and rectifying equipment failures, alongside performing calibration and routine maintenance on various systems and devices.
These specialists are expected to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation for the assembly of electronic components.
Compensation and Benefits:

Technical Duties:
- Implement modifications and updates to PLC programming
- Conduct instrument calibration for various systems including DC powered loops and 4-20 mA signals
- Utilize HART handheld communicators for instrumentation configuration
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic components, PLCs, and control systems
- Inspect and service electronic devices by testing, checking, and replacing defective parts, circuits, and printed circuit boards
- Evaluate electrical systems and propose enhancements to ensure operational efficiency and reliability
- Maintain detailed logs of equipment performance, repairs, calibrations, and tests
- Set up and verify industrial machinery to confirm proper functionality
- Input data into computer systems for programming and schematic modifications, utilizing relevant software tools
- Complete scheduled maintenance tasks, including inspections, cleaning, repairs, and upgrades
- Collaborate with customers, supervisors, and engineers to design equipment layouts and resolve operational issues
- Review work orders and communicate with equipment operators to identify problems and determine their causes
- Coordinate with team members involved in the installation or maintenance of equipment
- Provide management with insights regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for improvements
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent G.D. with proof of completed vocational training
- Preferred minimum of two years of experience in the repair and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, material properties, and principles
- Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and IP frameworks
- Commitment to adhering to all company policies, including safety regulations and operational guidelines.
