We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Representative. As a Studio Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and Engage: Welcome members and guests with a smile, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Present the Concept: Share the Orangetheory story and benefits with interested consumers, showcasing our unique approach to fitness.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage phone calls, respond to member inquiries, and perform various administrative tasks.
• Studio Tours: Provide personalized tours of our studio, highlighting our facilities and services.
• Introductory Workouts: Assist trainers in guiding new members through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Sales and Membership: Sell memberships and promote our services to drive revenue growth.
• Follow-up and Support: Follow up with prospective clients and provide ongoing support to members, addressing their concerns and needs.
• Marketing and Events: Participate in marketing initiatives and outreach events to promote our brand and services.
• Studio Maintenance: Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

About Us:

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance. Our 60-minute classes, led by certified coaches, target at least 12 minutes in the Orange Zone, raising heart rates and charging up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).
