Job Summary

The VP of Operations will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clubs in Massachusetts, driving financial results, and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve our goals. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive financial results and ensure profitability for each club
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve our goals
  • Manage and train General and Fitness Managers to ensure club success
  • Monitor and analyze sales and expense figures to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales training programs for all levels of employees
  • Provide recommendations to management for existing and new growth opportunities and market insights
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in the fitness industry
  • Proven track record of driving financial results and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time, Monday through Friday
